Due to the custom nature of our garments and the upcycled materials used, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is made to order, specifically for you, and cannot be resold. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

While the patterns showcased on our website will serve as a general reference, please be aware that there may be variations in colors for different pattern pieces. We will repair normal wear and tear issues at no cost to you. However, please note that the cost of shipping the garment to us for repair will be the responsibility of the buyer. For extensive repairs or those requiring significant material replacement or labor, additional charges may apply. We will inform you of any associated costs before proceeding with the repair.

When repairing your garment, our goal is to bring it back to a like-new condition using similar fabric and hardware. In some cases where the original materials are not available, we prioritize maintaining the integrity of the garment. As a result, the color of the fabric used for the repair may not be an exact match, but we assure you that we will do our best to find the closest possible match.

If you decide to send your garment to us for evaluation and repair, we kindly request that you cover the shipping cost to send the item to our facility. In most cases, the repair work and the return shipping back to you will be covered by us.

Please note that the repair clause outlined above applies specifically to normal wear and tear issues and does not cover damages caused by misuse, alterations, or improper care of the garment.
